USDA loans require no down payment in many cases and only a low down payment in all others and usually have some of the lowest interest rates around. Qualified buyers are required to complete free homebuyer education. OHFA's streamlined education program allows you to complete a course offered by any U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development approved counseling agency in Ohio.
